Booking agreement

Please read and sign before your shoot. It's short and in plain English.

  1. Your shoot

    The package, location and date are what we agreed on when you booked. Travel over 1.5 hours total may add a fee, which I'll tell you about before the shoot.

  2. Payment

    No deposit is required. Full payment is due after the shoot and before your photos are edited or delivered. I accept Venmo, Zelle and cash.

  3. Cancelling or rescheduling

    Please give at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. If you cancel with less notice or don't show up, I may ask for a deposit on future bookings.

  4. Weather and the unexpected

    If weather or something out of our control gets in the way, we'll pick a new date together at no extra cost.

  5. Delivery

    Edited photos are delivered digitally. Dealer work is delivered in 3–7 days. Engagement Rush photos are delivered within 12 hours. All other photos are delivered within 2 weeks, and faster delivery can be arranged for an additional fee.

  6. How you can use your photos

    Use them however you like on social media and in prints. Dealers and private sellers may use them in vehicle listings and ads. Tagging @shot.by.garrett is appreciated but not required. You may not enter the photos in any photo competition without my knowledge and written approval.

  7. How I can use your photos

    I keep the copyright to every photo and may use them however I choose, including in my portfolio, on social media and in advertising.

  8. Referrals

    Referral rewards follow the program on this site. A referral counts once the referred shoot is completed and paid.
